Where does this store ship from?

Orders Ship Directly from the Truth Drums Warehouse in Beaverton OR through first class USPS (United States Postal Service) mail services

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

You may return unworn and unwashed apparel and any unopened media. Trying on an item does not count as being worn. Returns must be submitted within seven days from when you receive your order. You are responsible for paying for any shipping (original shipping and shipping back to us).

Once your package is received and the item is confirmed as returnable, a refund to your Paypal account will be issued in the amount of the item. You will not be refunded for shipping and handling.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, we ship using international USPS shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks pending on location. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

Can I track my order?

USPS (United States Postal Service) doesn't supply post with tracking numbers unless you use their express service. If you require a tracking number please contact us before ordering to get a shipping quote.
